Boots Launches Festive Recruitment Drive for 2025 with Over 6,000 Roles

Boots is hiring thousands of seasonal employees across its stores, warehouses, and customer service centre in preparation for the busy festive period.

Over 6,000 roles are available at the high street retailer, including flexible and part-time positions.

It plans to recruit 4,000 Christmas Customer Advisors and 1,000 Customer Operations Assistants. These hybrid in-store roles will support both online order fulfillment and day-to-day store operations.

Additionally, the company is creating 1,600 positions at its distribution centres in Beeston and Burton-on-Trent, including roles such as Warehouse Operatives and Picker Packers. Around 350 roles will also be added at the Customer Support Centre to help manage customer enquiries during the busy period.
